The Living Room
The living room is one of the most popular rooms in our house and where we spend most of our time.
I wanted to ensure the room was full of personality and homely.
After decorating the back wall navy, I decided to add some prints from Desenio to add more personality to the room.
I opted for different textures in each, sticking to a gold, white and dark blue colour scheme.
I chose gold and white frames, however, painted the white frames with the same colour paint I used for the wall. It was very easy as they didn’t need to be sanded down, one coat of paint done the trick.
I certainly want to add more to this wall. Mixing different sizes; portrait and landscape.
For now, it’s a good start.
The Nursery
Upstairs is completely different from downstairs.
Downstairs is a mix of dark blue and gold while upstairs is grey and white.
For the nursery, I have put up three black and white animal prints against a grey wall, all in white frames.
