HOW TO STYLE FLATFORMS

You may have read my previous post, where I shared with you platforms from designer to high street.  If not you can read it here. The lowest being £22 and the highest being £435.

Platforms are going to be one of the biggest trends this Summer. So Im sharing with you my top tips to pulling it off.

 BARE LEGS

(Especially if your little)

I say especially if you’re short because platforms will make you look stumpy. So sprouse up those legs of yours and get em’ out. I went for this Missguided denim A line mini skirt. It was a first for me, as I normally feel like a school girl in skirts like this.

Heres some options for you, high and low prices;

GO HIGH WAISTED

Weather you choose jeans, skirts or trousers. Try and go high waisted. That way you can tuck in your top giving a compliment to your figure and keeping the look feminine, because lets face it, if your not in court shoes and 5 inch heels, its hard to feel like a lady.

LIGHT COLOURS

It is Summer after all. So try to stick to natural colours. Personally white is my favourite colour to wear in Summer, so this comes easy to me, Ive found a good selection of white tops similar to this Missguided lace up one.

PICK A CROPPED JACKET

Especially if you have gone for legs and high waisted. It just keeps everything up top and won’t look like the look is weighing you down. Its also the perfect jacket for this hit and miss weather. And its only £40

It comes in every colour by the looks of it;

PICK THE PERFECT PAIR

Ive picked out my favourites, for those who want to save on a high street pair to those who want to splurge on designer;
