A Night At The Luxury Langham Hotel London

A few weeks ago Adam and I spent an evening at the luxurious Langham Hotel Hotel

We arrived late afternoon to the iconic five star hotel, located in the heart of London’s West End.

The Langham is located on Regent Street, making it perfect shopping destination.

As we walked through the revolving doors into the main lobby of the hotel, I was speechless at my surroundings.

Instantly graced with glass blown chandelliers hanging above us, marble all around, high ceilings that carried the voices of the people in the hotel all around us and beautiful flowers in every corner.

We checked in and made our way to The Langham Club.

The Langham Club lounge is a private haven for guests who prefer an extra level of comfort.

It is spread across two floors, and The Langham is the only five star hotel in London offering this concept.

We had only ever used such a service when we visited Bangkok.

Their are a lot of benefits of adding the club lounge onto your booking which you can read more about here.

 Our personal favourites were the complimentry food and drinks, including champagne and cocktails available throughout the day, the continental breakfast and the food that was put on throughout the day including snacks.

We checked in and made our way to our room.

Our Deluxe room at The Langham was very traditional for a London based hotel.

We quickly put our bags down and made our way to their Chaun Body + Soul Spa, where we both had treatments.

We both went for a swim before our spa treatments.

The pool area is delightfully bliss.

We both chose a Sweadish Massage, with natural oils for myself because of my pregnancy.

They also made sure to ask if there were any specific areas to focus on.

We later headed down for dinner at La Roux.

We had a table booked at Roux At The Landau.

We made our way through the vaulted wine corridor before being seated on our round table in the middle of the room.

For extra privacy you can book a private room.

For starters;

Diver caught Orkney scallop, fino sherry, Ivy House farm beurre blanc, Oscietra caviar

For mains;

Fillet of aged Buccleuch beef “Rossini”, ox-cheek raviolo, well-buttered potatoes

Adam recommends asking your waitor which wine goes with each started and main.

They know their stuff.

And for dessert we both went for something different;

Guanaja chocolate dome, white coffee cream, Bailey’s ice cream

Christmas spiced soufflé, mince pie ice cream

The resturant hosted a very busy atmosphere on a Saturday evening, and we spent a good few hours in the resturant.

Its the perfect place for an evening of dinning without feeling rushed.

We made our way back through the hotel and back to our room.

Not having to venture very far at all.

Come morning we were ready to eat again.

We made our way to The Club Lounge for breakfast.

Eggs were made to order whilst everything else was set out beautifully.

By 12pm we checked out of The Langham Hotel, feeling very satisfied and pleased to say we stayed their.
