WINTER WALKS IN HUNTER BOOTS

Hunter boots have been around since 1856, and it is safe to say they have been top of their game ever since. Hunters were never really a piece of footwear I ever longed to add to my wardrobe until I had a dog, had children, the UK went into a national lockdown and long walks became the most important and crucial part of our day.

I’m wearing the Original Hunter Tall Wellington Boots, Pollyanna also has a matching pair of Hunter’s here. They never leave our feet now, especially as the wet weather is here, they are perfect for splashing in puddles.
They have quickly become my favourite pair of boots to pull on for any occasion.

Being only 5ft, I thought the tall version wouldn’t suit me or that they may be too long on my legs. I was surprised to find that I loved the height of them. More of my leg’s are covered by the boot – which I love.

I recommend adding a pair of the Hunter socks, we don’t use them at the moment but as the months get colder they are definitely needed. Especially for Pollyanna who is always splashing around and sometimes the water creeps in over the tops.
