The Arc De Triomphe is a must when visiting Paris.
I only realised last year through Instagram that you could climb to the top.
And the view is breath taking.
We started our morning off awakening in our suite at Hotel Napoleon.
And for the first week the sun was shinning bright.
Breakfast was served in our room along with our usual,
one fresh Orange juice and one fresh Grapefruit juice.
We were so excited to get out into the sun and explore Paris for our first full day.
I planned for us to walk to the top of the Arc De Triomphe at sunset so we could get some great snaps of a beautiful sunny orange sunset.
So until sunset we headed for the Eiffel.
I wore;
SKIRT MISSGUIDED | T SHIRT NEW LOOK | SHOES NEW LOOK | BAG ZARA | WATCH DANIEL WELLINGTON
20% off Missguided (Code: SUN20)
CAUTION. Wind swept and interesting to come…
After a short 15 minuet or so walk. We arrived to what the French call, the best view of the Eiffel Tower.
With everyone surrounding us with a selfie stick.
We had to opt for the old fashioned choice and actually ask someone to take a photo of us.
Which we both look socially awkward in.
(Note to self: buy a selfie stick)
We perched ourselves on our picnic blanket and enjoyed the last of the sunshine.
At which point Jenny proposed to me with a Haribo ring.
These New Look shoes you have probably seen on every blogger around.
New Look, you done wonders with these.
And if these aren’t for you maybe some of these are;
These something nice about posing in Paris in a full skirt.
This Missguided skirt was perfect, it fits so nicely and sits wonderfully.
And lucky for you then have them in almost every colour.
The thing with skirts lilt these, they can be dressed down with a T-Shirt or crop top.
Or you could even throw on a leather jacket to toughen the look up.
We headed back for Sunset at the Triomphe.
Taking a peak at the Eiffel from all the side roads.
It was a race to the top with five minuets until Sunset.
The walk was so worth it. €7 well spent.
We stood and watched as the City of lights slowly lit up, light by light.
The green building was lit green for St.Patricks day.
Then there it was.
The perfect Parisian sunset.
The sky got warmer and turned the perfect Orange colours.
To one side you can see buildings upon buildings.
Then the other, the magical Eiffel tower.
The perfect day in Paris.
