The weather may not be screaming Summer time but that won’t stop me purchasing mini skirts.
The boyfriend and I enjoying stumbling across little countryside English pubs and the weekend just gone was no different. After a little shopping trip we headed out of Canterbury and into the country side where we found a lovely little pub – The Dove.
I always take our days out as a great opportunity to get him to snap some outfit shots.
The weather may not have been mini skirt appropriate but once paired with a long jacket, there is no stopping me.
Its the River Island Blue Patch Work Denim Mini Skirt – and by mini, THEY MEAN MINI. I saw it online and instantly loved it. The A-line shape and the fact that it was so mini. It is limited edition so no hesitating with this beauty.
The food at The Dove in Dargate was incredible, as was everything that went with it – the atmosphere and service. Its also very dog friendly so Blue got to dine with us.
I was a little bit gutted I opted for the Pizza (cooked in a stone oven), after seeing how delicious Adams Lamb looked. Although the pizza didn’t disappoint at all, it was so large I only ate half and was able to take the other half back home in a box.
We have vowed to go back again, this time for the steak.
After dinner and drinks we took a long stroll through a nearby forest and Blue was in his element.
I also realise that this is our baby’s debut on Petite Side of Style. Which means a post all about him will be coming very soon. A little introduction to our puppy.
