Linen is my favourite fabric to wear during the Summer months
I adore wearing linen. I have created quite a large summer wardrobe collection of linen over the years. The best thing about it, it never goes out of fashion. Linen will always be a summer staple fabric. After finding my perfect summer dress last summer with Laura Ashley, I was looking forward to working with the brand again this summer.
When looking on Laura Ashley I simply searched for ‘linen’ I bagged myself this Heavy Natural Linen Jacket to go with these Brown Legged Linen Trousers. For a more summer time look I am so pleased with this White Strap Linen Dress. Everything is currently on sale too.
The dress was perfect for our trip to Marrakech, it was a perfect length along with two pockets and lovely thick seams running through the dress. Paired nicely with a basket bag, it is the perfect summer staple.
A lot of people avoid linen, especially when travelling or going on holiday, because of how easily it creases. I think you have to simply forget about that. Most of the time the hotel you are staying in will have an iron so you can iron it once you have unpacked. Once it’s on, don’t worry about it. The creases will drop out once walking around.
